A Buddhist Grace:  Dedicating Food Before Eating

Tounpa lamay sanjay rinpochay,
Cheupa lamay tamchu rinpochay,
Drenpa lamay gendoun rinpochay,
Chapni* kounchok sum la chu pa bul.

I offer this to the Teacher
Higher than any other,

I offer this to the Dharma
Higher than any other,

I offer this to the Sangha
Higher than any other,

I offer this to the abodes of refuge,
The Three Jewels, rare and supreme.
